Helen D. Blake

Mrs. Blake is a graduate of Quinnipiac College and has a B.S. from Bates College and a M.Ed. from Springfield College. She also completed graduate studies in mathematics at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She is currently president of the Library Foundation of Martin County Florida and a trustee of Springfield College.

Mr. Davis is the former president and chief operating officer of American Saw & Manufacturing Company He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Nichols College and is a trustee of the Irene E. and George A. Davis Foundation as well as many other local organizations.

Mauricia A. Geissler, Chair and Trustee
Retired Chief Investment Officer, Amherst College
Ms. Geissler joined Amherst College in 2003 after holding senior investment positions for Lucent Technologies, Putnam Investments and SEI Corporation. In her current position, she oversees all aspects of the $2 billion Amherst College endowment. She holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, and is involved in a number of community programs.

Mary Jo Maydew
Retired Vice President Finance and Administration, Mount Holyoke College
Ms. Maydew’s career encompasses more than 30 years of experience in higher education. From 2000 to 2011, she served as the vice president for finance and administration at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Mass. She also spent 13 years as Mount Holyoke’s treasurer. Previously, Ms. Maydew was at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., where she held the positions of assistant treasurer and assistant to the university controller. She earned her MBA from Cornell University and her BS in Accounting from the University of Denver.

David E. Pinsky, Trustee
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Tighe & Bond
Mr. Pinsky is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tighe and Bond. He started at the firm in 1988 and served as Tighe & Bond’s president and chief executive officer from 2006-2018. Mr. Pinsky is a professional engineer with more than 30 years of experience, and is a licensed professional engineer in six states, including Massachusetts. He holds an M.S. in environmental engineering from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire.

Mary Ann Spencer, Trustee
Retired Managing Director, Babson Capital Management, LLC
Prior to her retirement in 2009, Ms. Spencer was a Managing Director for Babson Capital, overseeing several leveraged and high yield bank loan portfolios. In 1982 she joined MassMutual/Babson as a private placement analyst and held various positions within that organization before her transfer to Babson Capital. Ms. Spencer has an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.S. from Boston College, and is a Certified Financial Analyst.

Ralph S. Tate
Retired Managing Director, Standish, Ayer & Wood
Mr. Tate headed all equity-related operations for Standish, Ayer & Wood. From 1971 until 1990, he was president of Aetna Equity Investors and director of portfolio management. Mr. Tate holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. from Amherst College, and is a Charter Certified Financial Analyst.
