Since 2018, ValleyCreates has supported hundreds of nonprofit arts organizations and individual artists living and working in Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden Counties. This has been made possible with ten years of generous support from our partner, the Barr Foundation, and supporters like you who are committed to fostering creativity and empowering artists.

Two Ways to Give

Supporting ValleyCreates can make a profound difference now and in the years to come. We offer two meaningful ways of giving to help us build a sustainable future for ValleyCreates while also meeting the program’s immediate needs. Whether you’re inspired to ensure ValleyCreates’ longevity or to support its current activities, every gift plays a vital role in advancing this strategic priority.

Building Lasting Support

We are now preparing to sustain this program independently, ensuring that it continues to nurture artistic talent in our region. As we enter the next phase of our journey, we are transitioning toward a sustainability model, where our organization will take the lead in ensuring the future of this program. Our goal is to continue to offer the same opportunity and support while building a lasting foundation for arts organizations and the next generation of artists. With your help, we can continue to provide grant funding, business development training, and access to opportunities for hundreds in our arts sector each year.

Gifts can now be made directly to the ValleyCreates Arts and Creativity Fund, an endowed fund that will carry us forward. We seek partnerships with businesses and individuals who share our strategic vision of equity and our appreciation of our vibrant arts community. Together, we can ensure that ValleyCreates continues to empower our arts ecosystem and enrich our communities well into the future.

Amplifying Immediate Funding

Co-investors looking to make an immediate impact can continue to provide gifts to the ValleyCreates Fund. With a generous match from the Barr Foundation, your gift will go twice as far each year, helping us to reach our short-term funding goals and ensuring that ValleyCreates remains accessible and impactful through 2026. This matched support is crucial in meeting the immediate needs of our arts and culture community and enhancing the quality of our offering each year.
