We accept applications from nonprofit organizations with a current IRS designated 501(c)(3) status. If you have received funding in the past, previously funded grantees must submit a narrative summary of project funded along with a final financial report indicating that all awarded funds have been expended. Submission of these materials are due within 60 days of the project end date and 30 days prior to seeking additional funding through our Mission, Capacity or Capital grant programs.
While we do not accept draft applications we are always willing to answer questions as the proposal is being written. Please note the week leading up to a grant deadline is very busy so inquiries of this nature should be made well in advance of the grant deadline date.
Those groups who are not 501(c)(3) organizations who wish to seek funding for a project benefiting the community should partner with a 501(c)(3) organization to serve as a fiscal sponsor to apply for funding.
