Competitive Grants Application
The Grant Application contains eligibility criteria and application requirements. The application can be downloaded below as either a MS Word document or as a fillable PDF document.
Please note, we are seeking your most up to date financial information. For example, if your organization is applying for the August 5 deadline and your fiscal year ends June 30 please provide the following financial information:
- An Operating Budget for 7/1/10-6/30/11; and
- An income and expense statement for 7/1/09-6/30/10; and
- An audit for 7/1/08-6/30/09.

If you cannot download either of the files above, please email grants@communityfoundation.org and we will email you a copy of the form..
Call the Foundation at 413-732-2858 to request a paper application through the mail.
Forms may be reproduced; however, the exact form spacing must be preserved so that there is two inches of blank space at the bottom of the grant application cover page.
Electronically submitted applications (fax or e-mail) will not be accepted.
