Professional Advisor Educational Resources Individual consultations The staff of the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts is familiar with a wide range of issues and considerations concerning charitable giving and nonprofits. These include tax planning and consequences, the long-term practical aspects of the execution of charitable intentions, and the shape and needs of the charitable sector of the region. Community Foundation staff are available to professional advisors for individual consultations, or informal conversations, all without charge or obligation. The staff can also arrange special presentations for groups of professional advisors (e.g. law, accounting and financial services firms; professional societies) on topics specially tailored to Custom Gift Illustrations The staff can provide custom charitable gift illustrations for you or your client, free of charge. Illustrations calculate the tax benefits and other details for charitable gift annuities and CRTs.
