2017 Pioneer Valley Distinguished Advisor in Philanthropy Call for Nominations
The Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, in partnership with the Estate Planning Council of Hampden County and the Pioneer Valley Estate Planning Council, is sponsoring a prestigious award for the Pioneer Valley Distinguished Advisor in Philanthropy to honor the important role that professional advisors play as champions of philanthropy in our region.
Many local nonprofits have thrived thanks to the generous and skillful practices of professional advisors. These advisors make critical connections between their clients and the mission-driven organizations that enhance the quality of life in our region. An advisor who has distinguished him/herself through excellence in philanthropic leadership is recognized each year by the Community Foundation.
The Community Foundation will present the honoree with a $1,000 grant to recommend to the charity of his/her choice. The award will be presented at a joint luncheon of the Estate Planning Council of Hampden County and the Pioneer Valley Estate Planning Council on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at the Colony Club in Springfield.
We encourage you to nominate a professional advisor who deserves special recognition for supporting philanthropy in various ways. Nominations can be made by anyone but MUST include a completed nomination form.
All nominations will be evaluated by an objective committee of community volunteers.
Complete the simple nomination form by Friday, December 9 and send to
